It was decades ago but I flew Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to Frankfurt when I PCSed back to the states and their food was outstanding even back then. The only thing I could never get past was all the passengers clapping when the aircraft landed. It happened twice, the hop from Izmir to Istanbul and again at Frankfurt......it was as if everyone was surprised to land safely. I haven't flown any of the other airlines on this list, so guess I'll just trust them.

When I flew THY, they didn't serve food! However, I bet the food they serve now is great. I have flown and eaten the food on Singapore...it was outstanding.

I can vouch for Air France, great food.
Also, food on contract flights on Atlas and AIA, much better food than commercial US airlines.
