I don’t need the meds but I am at a loss why they would not alloit for those on Tricare for Life.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - they cover the meds under weight loss as well for those on regular Tricare. They are expensive so for retirees you have to be diabetic. COL Randall C.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - Obesity often leads to diabetes and other complications. I take semaglutide to keep my A1C normal and have been losing weight. It will save DOD and the government in the long run.
