SGM Jeff Mccloud You mean the same groups who supported unvetted and almost unlimited illegal immigration now have a problem with them being sent back home? This is my shocked face.

SGM Jeff Mccloud
That sounds like the opposite of what I posted here.
Am also not aware of any group that advocates for unvetted immigration nor unlimited illegal immigration.

100% agree with the statement "Y'all are so easily manipulated".
This is especially the case with people who rely on FB reels for all of their "news".
She also seems to be mostly referring to just the few parts of a Snopes article that supports her argument.
There was a very high percentage of expedited removals under Obama, because they targeted those eligible for expedited removals, or returns: those caught at our near the border during or shortly after entry, those that have been in the US less than six months, and those that have a previous deportation, all eligible for removal without hearing, which technically is not a denial of due process.
And there was a very large and very vocal outcry from the left, ALCU, immigration advocacy groups, and even the AFL-CIO for some reason.
And the "deporter in chief" was a derogatory nickname generated by the left.
What the left was complaining about this year was the use of the Alien Enemies Act, which has a legal requirement for a hearing for every single removal, but they were providing no hearings at all for these, which is one of the reasons why the Supreme Court issued a block on it.
They were also complaining about the practice of rescinding various legal statuses of immigrants in order to boost deportation totals, as well as the shockingly high number of detentions and even deportations of citizens and permanent residents. None of which has anything to do with deporting illegals, and everything to do with violating civil rights.
Hope this helps.
