Henry Ford also made the first hemp car, demonstrator was beating body panels with a bat that bounced off, I remember 1941.

I vaguely remember reading about this a very long time ago. Im surprised an entrepreneur hasn't tried it now.

I'm thinking it might come into style as a "green" alternative to the fiberglas strands in fiberglas car bodies, but due to the ever-increasing availability/affordability of carbon fiber materials probably unlikely in my view.
