I am almost done with my B-25J Search and Destroy Mitchell Bomber. Five M2 Machine Guns in the Nose. Two M2 Machine guns facing forward on each side (Four total) and the top ball turret can add 2 more 50 cals to the front if no enemy planes in the area. 9 to 11 M2 Machine guns total. Insanity!

I saw this online. It is a British Fighter-bomber flown by Polish Pilots who fled to England like the ones the the movie Battle of Britain. The Beaufighter's anti-shipping success was based on its formidable and versatile heavy armament.

Fixed guns: Standard armament included four 20mm Hispano cannons in the nose and six .303 machine guns in the wings, used to suppress a ship's anti-aircraft defenses.

Torpedoes: Later models, particularly the TF Mk. X "Torbeau," were able to carry a torpedo for attacks at wave-top height.

Rockets: The Beaufighter could also be equipped with up to eight 60lb RP-3 rockets, which could inflict significant damage on vessels when equipped with armor-piercing or high-explosive warheads.

Flak suppression: Attacking from mast-height, Beaufighter pilots would strafe ships along their full length, targeting the bridge and gun crews to give other aircraft a clearer shot.
