MY GENERAL THOUGHTS -
1. Sen. Mark Kelly, D-AZ, and five other former service members in Congress just maybe crossed a very serious line with thier "reckless and seditious video that was clearly intended to undermine good order and military discipline." Like so much in the Democrat Party they felt immune from the consequences of their actions and speech.
2. The UCMJ is very clear about that Sen. Kelly, by virtue of still receiving a military pension is still subject to its provisions and sanctions. Every retired commissioned officer, including me, can be held accountable for our actions and speech, particularly if it undermines good order and discipline. Why not these six.
3. I remember the quiet purges during the Obama & Biden administrations. There were some senior O5 to O7 officers who were told to retire when they were of an opinion contrary to the Woke DEI Agenda. The difference here was Kelly and gang wanted to openly disrupt good order and discipline but in a "public service message" they thought was cute and confusing.
