This study is definitely a step in the right direction, and it’s good to see research finally showing what many of us already suspected.The VA hasn’t added brain injuries, TBI, depression, or mood disorders to the burn pit presumptive list yet. So even though the study shows a link, those conditions aren’t automatically covered right now. But this kind of research helps build the case and hopefully pushes the VA and lawmakers to expand coverage in the future. Baby steps.

@john mcclellan back in the 2000s service organizations were trying to help get veterans rated because of burnpit exposure. It was hard because the popular claim was there was no scientific evidence. Thank goodness successful strides have been made.
