On page 25 inside Overview, there appears to be grounds to call a national emergency due to breaking of the law in mass on the southern border. Also, the illegal alien invasion maybe considered a Biological threat by unknown diseases. Both acute and chronic. The American population is in danger on many issues within the illegal alien caravans. As well as the 20 million illegal aliens already here.
