Samuel Little, also known as Samuel McDowell, could be the most prolific serial killer in American history. He targeted young marginalized women. He's currently serving three consecutive life sentences for murders he committed in Los Angeles County.

Apparently, he didn’t get away with it. Since he is serving 3 life terms.
