A Defense Of The Police, From A Marine Veteran Turned Cop

Semper Fi Marine! Being Police a Officer was truly the most fulfilling yet devastating period of my life. I still dream about it, both good and bad. I still long to put on the uniform, strap on the duty belt and slide into my patrol car...... I miss my friends and the closeness we shared. It was a natural transition for me to become a cop.. Just an extension of my Marine Corps experience. It was a continuation of the service and love I hold for the United States and our constitution.
