For those of you who didn't know that Congress and the DOD were considering another round of BRAC for 2018. This panel discusses the pros and cons of past and possible future rounds of Base Closures. I was also interested by the quote from SecDef Mattis saying that "the DoD has at least 20% excess infrastructure."
