Don't come to California if you want to own your own home or have your children well educated. That just isn't going to happen. And don't come to California expecting to live anywhere near the beach unless you're bringing a small fortune with you

Message to those leaving... If you are leaving CA because that state has become intolerable, think about the way you vote. Don't be a locust.
