We stood by during the Cold War pretending that it wasn't really a "War". But, it was. And, we won it as soon as we began to fight back. Containment didn't work. Detente didn't work. We had to get aggressive. Well, the Constitution (and by extension the US) has been under siege for more than 100 years from the progressive Left. They made small inroads into our freedom in the beginning. As their power/influence grew, the made major strides. Indeed, they almost overwhelmed us with "soft" attacks. Now that they are out of the closet (openly avowing that they aren't really "Liberal" but rather socialist), the fight is really on. Bullying our children in the classroom and on campus. Bullying innocent citizens on the street. They hold the high ground. The Administrative State. The organs of news and cultural media. However, their ideas are weak. They are vulnerable if only we choose to defend ourselves, our Constitution, our freedoms, and our rights.

They have brain washed the youth and continue to do so. Their statement of attacking us from within is a very viable action that is taking place today. We must fight to remain free. Use of the ballot will only slow them down. We must be prepared to defend ourselves and families from those that would do us harm.

Be prepared to defend yourselves and family. Join with others of like mind because no individual is an Island.

Great article. Too many conservatives have stood by for too long, trying to be the good guy and not cause a scene while the Opposition attacks fundamental conservative principles. I can think of no war that has been won by refusing to fight. Peace at any cost results in the peace of the grave.

Back in ‘61 when in 2d grade we did cutting- n-pasting for real.. and with dad’s help we’d go through getting good letters and articles out of Detroit news.. the conservative answer to Detroit Free Press. It seems my article shot holes(BIG ‘UNS) in one my classmate brought in from Detroit Free PRess by som libtard columnist. .. and the word ‘politically correct’ I don’t even think existed.. I think they just said not playing fair ball or s’thing. Trying to say it so us kids would understand we weren’t being nice to those that didn’t know better.. And the kid whose Article my writer punched holes in was the biggest Not too bright snobby kid in the second grade.. it wasn’t his fault he got shorted some smart(common sense) genes.. Not sure from which side.. The substitute posted both side by side on the current evens
bulletin board.. while us kids that went home for lunch were gone.. it seems some teachers and the Assistant principal had lunch in our classroom.. and they read our commentaries and how Sowell literally chopped. Holes in the other fellas woodwork.. and they didn’t like it not a bit! When I got to school in the P.m. I was told to report to the office.. I seen my article was gone from the board..
I sometimes read stuff a 2d grader shouldn’t.be reading w/o
Supervision(no, not dirty weds per se, just words big folks use in their conversations like ‘suppression’. and other related big folk words.. ).
“ What have you to say for yourself
Young man?” “ will I need a lawyer?” .i replied.. “that might be a good idea at this point”. The assistant principal trying to be a comedian wasn’t helping .. Well
“Mr. Sowell had some salient points that i think chopped holes in the other columnist’s article.. I think it was coincidental that I brought in this article and it shouldn’t be suppressed just because it’s correct in all it’s glory !” Maybe tat wasn’t the right word. I thought it had a nice punch.. “.Tell me young man did a parent help you get this article ready?“. “Dad did, I picked it out, and we talked about it., and he helped me set it up to bring in so it looked good.” “Well, you made your classmate look very bad ... and that wasn’t nice.. (ohh here we go .. thevit wasn’t nice routine) “so was I suppose to call him and ask what he was bringing for current events ? It was coincidence .. I wasn’t doing it to hurt anybody’s feelings... so may I return to class, I’m missing a communications skills section.. “and what would that mean, Mr Herrst?” “ A-h-h us kids call it recess !” And I got out before I Got size 10 shoe up my butt!..
