Seems like another illegally voting event....but never prosecuted. That way you can say it never happened. Reality, is it happens, but does not get prosecuted. What laws do I get to break... because if I walked in to vote illegally in another area that I not authorized, I would be locked up. Life is not fair.

Only 3 times? Person must not have been motivated that day. This happens all over the place. But everyone is more concerned and screaming "Russia" for the past 2 years to do anything about it.
