A weak Tropical (what?) is limping across Atlantic and Atlantic Basin. Might blow up and be absorbed into a NWrly, N and NEly. Fashion. If an energized Tropical Wave hits a hot spot, we may see a depressive media, program director and ersatz weather people.

Thanks SSgt (Join to see) for sharing a familiar image which reminds me of my ties at Fort Campbell and Fort Knox in the 1970s in the wooden barracks which could get very hot and certainty didn't have air conditioning.
