Stationed at Fort Wainwright Ak in 1982. Was with Troop E, Air 1st. Cavalry. Was with Recon. Flew in Hueys all the time. We were Air Assault. Learned to mountaineer, climed glaziers, cold weather survival training etc. What a blast! Alaska is so vast and beautiful.
