I always felt there was hijinks on the FBI's part in this case. That said, if someone started to plan a kidnapping while I was around, I be gone in a heartbeat. These guys hung around and that tells me they were either stupid or they were all in on the plot, that is until they got caught.

Well, they were indicted by a Grand Jury and then convicted by a Jury of their Peers.
