This is illegal in MO, but it rarely stops anyone. I find it disturbing that Facebook keeps this video up. All there chit about what can be on their site and what can't and they leave up the video where 2 kids dies.

Tragic but reading three different articles it seems she was driving slow in the right lane on the Highway with a spare tire on her car.

The Distracted driving part while it infuriates me I don't think it really played that great of a factor in this one. (unless the Truck driver was also on his phone when he ran over them)

I would love to see common sense laws about distracted driving and I would love to se murder one charges for anyone that kills someone while driving and using a mobile device. Its a choice your in control of a 2 ton missile and you decided to not pay attention. id say that's premeditated.

Sadly these two young ladies will never grow up to learn from their mistakes.
