Aberdeen Breaks Ground for Commo-Electronics Complex

17 Mar St Pats Day & C4ISR Campus Ground Breaking at APG with CECOM CG General Via.
17 March 2008, I was a new employee at FT Monmouth, NJ and on a bus with most of the G-Staff going to Aberdeen Proving Ground. That day we saw a couple of old buildings demolished and senior leaders of C4ISR, Maryland State and Harford County turning the first shovel full of dirt on the construction for the C4ISR campus at APG. It was a successful transition and we had some very nice buildings. I enjoyed my work there. We had a great transition crew and successfully moved 7,400 people with no classified lost.
