Please take a moment and sign this petition as these people try to rid their work environment of sexual harassment.

Ubisoft leadership has continually used the word "tolerate". They do not understand it's application. Over 14 years of military service, I have seen poor leaders fail to discipline subordinates because they were cowardly, complacent, or simply not cut out for the job. Being in charge means you call out AND correct failures according to established policies. And when it comes to moral behavior, you do not tolerate anything less than organizational standards. You see, it is not enough to identify a sexual offender for what they are. Neither is it enough to provide them with corrective training. It is especially asinine to issue no consequence and transfer the offender. If sexual harassment is not tolerated, then any occurrence immediately results in punitive action. Anything less is to tolerate the occurrence. When a leader fails to enforce the standard, they have just set the new standard. Congratulations, you are now a part of the problem.
