I am hoping that Canada and the United States combined Arctic training which could include Eskimos from both countries since Russia is building up its forces in the Arctic area as well.

As far as I can tell, this is strictly Canadian training. I was letting rallypoint you know including Alaska Army National Guard here so maybe they could discuss joint training in the future between the Eskimo also known as Inuit Scouts and the American Eskimos in joint training. Just a wish.
