For all that is good in Heaven, I pray that the World Leaders can find a way to develop Peace Accords and that governments will be ruled by a good conscious to bring the fighting and killing to an end.

Get them out. If they are being killed, you have a responsibility to your citizens to get them the hell out of there!

Sgt Wayne Wood - I would find out if they were willing dependents, or if they were forced. Then handle appropriately depending on their situation. If willing, then you get what you want.
