Many of those efficiency drivers also significantly improve the effectiveness of a school system. The public system is outdated and well established in red tape and bureaucracy. A blended system of smart apps and traditional classroom instruction would be the best solution. A self analyzing computer program is able to tailor the learning experience to the needs of the individual rather than a one system solution for every student. Many of these ideas are existent but cannot be used in public schools due to DC regulations.
