I bought one of these at CVS on a lark one day, and I have to say it's wonderful! I have so many issues with my back and neck that I needed something, but I didn't want to take a bunch of drugs. You can heat it up by boiling it in water and then roll it along your sore muscles. There are a lot of videos on YouTube on how to use this. I honestly can't say enough good things about this little gizmo. If you have really sore muscles this is a huge help. It realigns my back if I lay on the floor and roll along my spine. Plus it's gentle since you are the one doing the movements.
