The man stood in front of the Chief Justice of the Supreme court and presented evidence he knew not to be true..........I have zero respect for Congressman Schiff and he should be voted out of office. Additionally, the intelligence community serves us, we do not serve it. We have the right to supervise it as well as ask pointed questions of it. This paving of the road for a future police state the Democrats are doing now by telling us that intelligence professionals should never be questioned or called out, reminds me of the Warsaw Pact countries and their secret police.

MSgt Steve Sweeney - Oh yeah that works. Charge someone with perjury when they are not sworn in. Counsel is never sworn in, in any courtroom of the United States nor are the house managers during the impeachment. A fact that Congressman Schiff is taking full advantage of.

..as well the dangers of being blinded by one's own perception of reality as fact or getting others to believe lies are true. Its actually a real phenomenon called the illusory truth effect and I have a feeling he's aware of the term.

This just came in as well - this is why I do not trust anything coming out of Adam Schiff's mouth.
Adam Schiff, stated after reviewing classified documents that the FBI's process for obtaining FISA warrants was solid - now DOJ says two were not valid.
And in regards to evidence there's the black ledger -
Still very curious as to why Serhiy Leshchenko leaked the infamous "black ledger" - as the timing was rather convenient. Regardless this resulted in the FBI reopening a once closed FBI investigation on Manafort. Point being this has the same or similar optics of the current case of Hunter Biden - it interfered with a US election vs was warranted due to possible corruption. The question is was anything leverage in getting this information leaked. This is the first and only time when any corrupt payment by the Party of Regions has been confirmed by any documentation. He is as well linked to Ohr via emails and Fusion GPS. Just to strange for me to believe this wasn't politically motivated.

The DOJ now believes it didn't have probable cause to think Carter Page might be acting as an agent of a foreign power, which was required to surveil him.
