The guy is a joke. While lying through his teeth about Trump collusion, he was colluding, as evidenced by his recorded telephone conversation. His saving grace was he was being punked. Perhaps for his personal enjoyment?

He represents the people of California and seems oblivious to what his happening in the management of forests in his own state. He thinks he knows enough to know that Trump is wrong and he is wrong yet again.
