Advocates push to start work on Global War on Terror memorial

“This memorial will stand as a powerful tool to help bridge the civilian-military divide,”said Bill Rausch, executive director at Got Your 6 and an Army veteran who served in Iraq. “It will provide opportunities for the public to connect and learn about the service of veterans and their families. And it will provide a shared space for all generations of veterans to strengthen their communities across the country.”
