I missed the boat earlier today when COL Mikel J. Burroughs introduced the subject of the Power of Being a Positive Influence. I wish I had discovered this when the discussion began. It is the best example I've ever seen of parents being a positive influence in the life of a child and yet it is also a great example for all in leadership positions. You should be so lucky as to have those in your command exhibiting such thinking
