African soldier sues as army 'failed to protect him' from UK winter

So this soldier in the British military is trying to sue the British MoD because the cold weather in Leicestershire made him a "Cold Weather Casualty". He debates that his superiors never warned him to bring his kit, but I don't know. He using the whole, 'those of Caribbean and African decent are more susceptible to the cold weather.' I don't know, sounds like he just didn't use common sense and wants the country to pay him £150,000 for it.
