Considering that the youngest "legal" veteran of WWII is pushing 88, there won't be all that many of these stories in the future.
The conflict between being being sad at seeing the remains of the WWII veterans dying off and being happy at knowing that there aren't any veterans of WWIII waiting to die off can be somewhat confusing at times.
