I saw this in the news this morning, and it made my blood boil. Are they serious? We screwed the pooch, please pay us back for our mistake? Congress needs to act, not ask for answers. They need to tell these Guardsmen that they are not going to be held financially responsible for someone else's mistake a decade ago.

They have known about this for over two years. Why the concern now? Oh, that is right, we have a general election and political hay can be made of this travesty. Where were all the California members of Congress and the President for the past two years?

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - We already did that in 2010, with a weak replacement. Fact remains, the Dems didn't care about the vets until it was a political factor.
