All too often the Bureaucrats get involved and make decisions they have No business Making...
maybe they should Have to go and serve for 30 days every year so they don't forget what its Like in the trenches they keep crapping all over...

Ugh. Paperwork is the freaking devil. Dealing with that devil as we talk. Not to this guy's level, but it's frustrating enough. I can only imagine his frustration, and now relief.
