After US Withdrawal, Can Afghan Air Force Keep Planes Flying?

In my opinion, no they won't. The Afghan Army struggled with maintaining their humvees and shower/latrine trailers cause of inconsistent funding, corruption and lack of logistics flow. So an air force will definitely have its challenges. Not to mention, automation for. Command posts were a challenge.
