This is an interesting take on the new Army Talent Management Process. The article was written five months ago, so more information has been released since then. The aspect I want to focus on is how this new system has not found the best way to incorporate Reserve Soldiers, whom this process would benefit more. Individuals in the Reserve sector have more diverse experiences and credentials than individuals with only Active Duty experience. The question becomes the validity of this process and why the developers excluded Reserve Soldiers from the initial roll-out.
