Air Force aims to improve diversity of pilots, other key positions

I’m not aware of how diversity helps fliers. Can you fly and do you have what it takes to work that multi-million dollar piece of equipment should be the only decision factors once your in. I just wish we could leave this PC garbage and say,”we don’t discriminate on any constitutional class and if you are qualified we accept you.”

When will the world realize that some people just don't want to do whatever job you want diversified and that numbers look the way they do not because of discrimination but preference of the people?
