Sounds Like taking away promotion points for Campaign ribbons, and focusing on College credit hours, because someone didn't get deployed or hid somewhere and cried about it! I lost 75 point for that! now have to start getting college hours to catch up with people that have 200 hrs of college! Could have just cut the points of the ribbons and kinda make it fair! lol Oh well "se la vie"!
