The MQ-1 is long in the tooth and replacing it with the Reaper means more ordnance options for specific missions or loaded for bear for any mission.
The GBU-39 Small Diameter Bomb (SDB) was one of the last projects I worked before I PCSd from Eglin AFB. It's nice to see these develop into useful weapon systems that help keep our warfighters safe.
