1) Get out in nature. Fresh air and sunlight work wonders.

2) Move around. Exercise is not only good for our physical health, but it improves sleep, releases endorphins in our brain, and can be a healthy social outlet if exercising with others. 3) Eat healthy and drink plenty of water.

5) Get involved with a small group. So often when we're struggling, we feel alone and that we're the only one facing a certain challenge. Everyone is fighting some kind of battle, and we need to be in community and relationship. Check out https://rebootrecovery.com/ to find a small group near you.

6) Find something every day to be thankful for. It's so easy to focus on what we don't have or what we wish was different, but we can all find something to be thankful for each day. Start a "gratitude journal" and add to it each day.
