not a wise Idea... The bean Counters need to go Back to school... and learn to Do basic math...

How do they expect to retain pilots when they'll be forced to cut their hours in the air. They join to fly, not sit behind a desk filling out forms.

Funny. Join the club. With the Army, most joined to rappel from helicopters & kick in doors but get top-notch torture-resistance training via PowerPoint.
