Such a tragedy. When my family PCS'd to Italy we had a lay over in the Azores for several hours. We convinced the air crew to take our pets off the plane. It gave them a break and gave our kids something to do.

PO2 Russell "Russ" Lincoln My heart goes out to the family. Pets are so much a part of their lives it's almost like losing a child. For us it would be anyways. We have lost a number of golden retrievers over the years. It never gets easy.
