Good news, Capt Daniel Goodman. None have a bonus like EOD and a few others but nice that folks have a chance to re-train if they feel stagnant.

Capt Daniel Goodman - Oh, for sure. Folks get bored or burnt out. It happens. Better to cross-train than separate a good troop.
I would encourage those folks, or those that still like their job to volunteer to teach at their respective school houses. Good chance to give back to the community and make a difference.
