This does no one any good...don't lower the standards...help people train to make it and if they can't, then offer them something else to do.

If they can't train to standard for the job they requested, train them for one that is more in their line of testing Lt Col Charlie Brown

Thank you my friend Lt Col Charlie Brown for making us aware. Lowering standards as opposed to holding the line is a fools gambit IMHO.
