Retention / recruiting? How could they man more squadrons? Someting is funny somewhere, if they are so short of pilots and do not want Warrent Pilots, how will they fix the problem? The USAF has had pilot retention problems for 60 years, some guys want toFLY - not do paper work. @A1C Nathan Roberts

Dual track system would probably cause an upward blip in retention. Those who want to do nothing but fly could get on that track and would probably stay around for a while.

AI in training now has nothing to do with retention when end of their commitment for getting that training comes around. AI just getting them to operational units sooner.
