I am sure that the process and the approval to be interred at Arlington will become even tougher, since they are actually running out of space. I know that it takes a lot of time as well. I know of a Retired CSM that was also a GS employee here, and passed. It took I think almost three months before he was interred at Arlington.
Hats off to the family for the dedication to get this couple laid to rest where they wanted to be.
