I hope this is just a one-off, but our fleet is hampered by over-worked maintaineers who also have to worry about all the other requirements higher-ups want them to complete (community service, etc). Appears that it is limited to just Dover AFB, though. That's a good thing.

Higher ups should be more worried about the maintenance of equipment first and foremost, everything else is minor.

SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth Would be where I'd start looking first, too. We know the maintainers are strained, as are all aviation AFSCs. One bird's equip failing is an anomaly. Multiple birds of the same frame failing means there's a connected issue.
