Mueller investigating the firing of Comey is making a criminal act over an act for which the president has constitutional authority.

Sgt Wayne Wood - yeah, they're trying to connect all the dots for anything that will stick, we'll just have to see how it unfolds unless they can Mueller, he was given broad authority by DAG Rosenstein and may be trying to show Comey's firing as obstruction and thus in-Constitutional, that'd be my guess but I have no idea really, if he is playing politics they will drag it out as long as possible to impact 2018 elections, unless he's fired first
