I'm not saying the two accused are here illegally, but it will be interesting to see whether or not that comes out in this case.

Regardless of their immigration status, they deserve to be thrown under the jail. The MS-13 gang has a very long and well known history of being one of the more violent gangs with deeps recruiting ties around the world.

Yes, MS-13 is especially vicious. If they have a problem with you, they don't just target you, they target your family, your friends, etc. I saw one of their videos where they kidnapped the girlfriends and sisters of rival gang members. They made the women strip naked, tell the camera that they were connected to the rival gang members, and then were beheaded and dismembered. Their body parts were unceremoniously thrown in a common heap before the camera was turned off.

If they identify with the El Salvador cartel, and are actual members of MS-13, Donald is looking for them. Whether legal or not, they should pay the consequences of their actions. Lots of evidence here but the story is not developed. Lets see what is ruled.

IOW you are hoping they are here illegally. Though you started with your disclaimer, the subject of whether they were here legally or not was the only comment you made when posting this article. Nothing about how terrible the crime was or how bad gangs are, but only wondering if they were here illegally or not. A very transparent way to suggest that any horrible crime is likely done by an illegal immigrant, or at least an immigrant. Which starts to blur the lines and begins to lose the distinction between legal and illegal, and pretty soon it's just any immigrant getting the blame.

I am not hoping that at all...legally or illegally does not really matter because it was such a horrible crime, something that I did not mention because it was blatantly obvious. I never suggested that horrible crimes are likely done by illegal aliens because I know that not to be the case, as we have plenty of good ol' Americans doing horrible things themselves. I was merely curious...you just seemed to read a lot into what I asked.

Something to remember is that even if they are here legally, of course they could have been born here making them citizens, is that legal residents can also be deported. Some people have legal status but can lose it and be sent packing.
