Clearly, the rear wheels on that trailer are powered - they're at like a 45-degree angle to the direction of travel that the tractor is on, and they're not being dragged. You can see them rolling at that angle. The only way that happens is if they're powered. I'm not taking anything away from the driver who is clearly skilled, but that special trailer made that turn happen. No one's doing it with a 'normal' trailer.

there are truck drivers all over the world that do the same work. I am fairly certain that this wasn't his first trip across that bridge, and yes, the rear axles are steered with a remote control about half the size as your tv remote control. My younger brother hauled them in US for about 7 years. It's still an impressive feat.
