It is still considered experimental and no one should make a big deal out of people choosing not to get it when not mandatory. Really what has it gotten us? I am teaching a medical class this afternoon and have to wear a mask, googles, and face shield. I took the vaccine because I was in the thick of taking care of COVID patients in an ICU but to be honest if I wasn't doing that I would have preferred my shot go to someone over 65.
