Short article but looks like a thorough, professional study was conducted. I note that this was a "parliamentary report" - so they have elevated the issue to the highest level of government. Appears we are not the only country where we still have a ways to go wrt how we treat our fellow warriors. Change takes time but this "blue on blue" violence and harassment has to end. Would be interesting to see the whole report and whether they drew any conclusions as to the effect on readiness, especially in an all-volunteer force.
